1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anwe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Anwe is a personal link vault application that allows you to save, organize, and manage web links. Features include AI-powered tagging, cloud synchronization, PIN-protected folders, and per-link privacy locking.

3. User Accounts

You may use Anwe with or without a Google account. Certain features (cloud sync, AI tagging, Pro features) require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the links, tags, notes, and folder structures you create within the App. We do not claim ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you save.

5. Pro Subscription

Anwe offers premium features through a Pro subscription. Pro features include AI tagging, per-link privacy locks, unlimited folders, cloud sync, export/import, and more. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed within the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Store content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass security features or access other users' data
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the App. Always maintain your own backups.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
